yes...IOC is what IXC tried to be, and some others eg faster confirms. IOC had a fair inital distro. IXC did not. Essentially IOC is in the box seat for vanilla mergemined no1 side chain or other use.

With the 300% price rise in I0C over the last month now could be a good time to convince Bter.com to add it to their exchange.
