Please give him the scammer tag as soon as possible. The sending address for supposedly automated rewards is still published as the first post in every thread, which means he may still be receiving money from this.

Also, providing any connection info about this individual would help identifying him.

iamtheone last night ran a lottery/raffle hunger coins. When his final one, the penny auction he pulled last night was completed to hit the 199k block, he disappeared without replying to sent transactions anymore. So I would suggest a fast scammer tag as more people may get sucked in when they wake up its only 8 am EST here.
