It's true that there are so many accounts hacked. While it's a fact that there are lot of people using weak passwords, it seems the rate here is quite high, making me think the password difficulty is not the problem...
And lot of those accounts are not from previous 2015
I would like to see someone posting how their password was when they were hacked

Also accounts with strong password was hacked, is that why i will change it monthly

Cyrus was very fast to resume my account.

I will change my password monthly to prevent another steal.

Too many accounts getting hacked lately, not good to see. Glad you got it back though.

Do you have any idea why you got hacked, was it a weak password? Have you clicked on any shady links posted on here?

I sent right pm to administrators.
With signed message.
How long you think I will need to wait to resume it?

I don't understand why you need to request reset to another email instead to the original.

My original email is not compromised in addition the password is strong and it has 2fa and phone verification.
you just wait admin response , however , admin very busy ,you can pm to cyrus , he can solve your problem .
i think you can get back your account soon. good luck

As I read in other post there are people wait 1 year before resume their accounts.

What do you think about? I think is crazy.

If someone steal your account or very important accounts like VIP or big donators, how long you or they wait 1 year too ?

Yes i just wait administrators reply.
Usually they reply after few days.

Can admin lock it until the recovery to prevent the sell of this account?

I tried to reset password but they changed email.

I just know previous email, and many pm messages any chance to recover it?

I asked administrators but I don't know if they recover it.
I don't have btc signed.

I hope they recover, it will better to use 2fa or approve email change to prevent hacking.

Maybe mostly people just create new account and forget previous.

Hacker maybe just sell it right?
