Happy Friday crew;

Here's our BitcoinOTC recap for the past 24 hrs. This session was pretty muted till BTC broke its range and ran up the charts.

US:
Initial sell side volume, which flipped into heavy buying volume of both BTC and ETH. Sellers of USDC and USDT for BTC.

EU:
Heavy selling into the initial rally which flipped into buying once traders recognised that the $7.5K level was accepted by the market.

Asia:
Manic buying into the rally, yesterday saw our Asian desk more than double its MTD volume.

In other news our friends at Bloomberg released their Crypto Outlook Report for April 2020 which is jaw-droppingly bullish, get it here: https://ibisbrokers.com/app/uploads/2020/04/Bloomberg-Crypto-Outlook-April-2020.pdf

IBIS algo:

Good morning folks;

Here's our #BitcoinOTC recap for the past 24 hrs. As per the last trading sessions the current price action has put a damper on trading. If you're finding it as mind numbing as we are, remember, it's 4/20 all month.

US:
A light sell side volume into yesterday's rally which was offset by investors rotating out of XMR and into #BTC.

EU:
Slightly more buy volume than sell-side, albeit by a whisker.

Asia:
Significant buying of USDT and USDC with almost no BTC Volume.

IBIS algo:
This remains long and is +12.77%

Good morning all;

Here's the daily trading report from our OTC desk:

US

Very light sell side volume paired with buying of USDC. Overall our US clients seem to be sitting on the sidelines waiting for the market to move one way or the other.

EU

The day started off with a minor sell side trend, which, however switched to strong buy-side volumes, particularly by some of our larger clients who have traded some blocks which can only be described as eye-watering in size. Buy side volume in this market is now +90% for the month.

Asia

Some minor selling into rallies, but much as per our US clients, our Asian traders are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the market to make its move first.

IBIS Algo

This remains long and is +10.79% in its current position.

Hi;

The fees are ~7% depending on your card issuer's processing fees. We are currently rolling out an update and will have the service up again shortly!

Well that was an eventful 24hrs wasn't it? No surprises in today's market recap.

US:

EU:
Almost 100% buy side volume in amounts that exceeded the  month to date.

Asia:
Heavy selling of #ETH for #BTC, buying of BTC and USDT/C for future entries.

IBIS Algo:
This remains in its long position and is now +39.7%

Hi all;

Bruce from IBIS Brokers here. I've just taken on the role of head of trading for the OTC division, and I thought that I'd put together a short intro thread, as to date, we have only dealt with institutions and UHNWIs (due to our minimum trade size being €100K). Since taking over the position, I've reduced this level to €10K with smaller trades available for clients looking to run a test campaign and build trust in our processes.

OTC Trading

Background wise, IBIS is a spinoff from ICO Launch Malta https://icomalta.com/, as, over the years the OTC business has outgrown the core tokenisation business. The company is regulated in the EU, and offers same-day settlement for trades of up to 300BTC (we stagger trades larger that size).  Our USPs are definitely our banking infrastructure, liquidity depth from mining pools, UHNWIs, family offices and a few old school whales and discreet, concierge level service.

You can always get in touch with us to set up an OTC trade via our site http://ibisbrokers.com

Fees

Fees are 1.25% over/under spot net of banking and network fees, with prices fixed at the time the payment clears in our bank account. It is possible to provide live prices over Telegram or a call which traders take or pass on, but the minimum trade size for this is €100K and the price will be slightly less competitive than spot, but there is no chance of slippage during execution if the market in volatile.

Instant Buy Via Credit Card

Should you be looking for smaller amounts, we also offer an instant buy service via credit card with no verification required for trades of under €150: https://ibisbrokers.com/buy-bitcoin-with-credit-card/

Verification limits:
On signing up with your basic information (name, date of birth, email) you will be assigned a monthly limit of €150. Once you have successfully verified your identify, your daily limit will be increased to €2,000 with and €20,000 monthly limit. Should you provide proof of address the limit is raised to €10,000 per day and €50,000 per Month.

I look forward to trading with you.

Bruce

Note to scammers

All OTC trades must be pre-funded in full. We use institutional ring-fenced client custody accounts for all our trades. i.e. payment recalls are never successful, so save your time and efforts. Credit card payments are manually reviewed by our fraud team and third party fraud analysts. The absolute best way of burning a stolen card is to try a purchase on our widget.
