It saddens me that everybody has to cut down trees today. I've just been to visit a friend, and his  neighbour has cut down five trees in his front garden. It's the population of the world that is destroying the environment. The first thing that developers seem to do is to cut down the trees when they acquire a property, and new house owners are the same.

Another good deed from one of the biggest companies out there. Other big time company should follow. Protecting and caring for our environment is a must. Without it, even companies like IBM will crumble. It takes a while for the rain forest to recover the damage so IBM can also help maintain on that. They have the money to do so. Its also one way of giving back to the community. A good deed is food for the soul.
