i ordered it and i got my Miner .. Iceriver KSO Ultra. I did a bank transfer.
Thanks for following up and updating us about your order. At least we know that they still deliver to their promise and are likely not of scammers as of now. How about the customer support and the speed of delivery. Did you find them satisfactory as well?
That aspect is where I find most people complaining most about, and some will rush to label them as scammers because of the amount of money involved.

SO what ever happened , Did op get his Miners. Is  Iceriver.io the legit site
there is no info about OP getting his miners on this thread. there are many assumptions being made on this thread and it is a bit hard to know which is true and which is false. you might need to go to other forums/platforms and ask around whether iceriver.io is the legit site or not.

anyway, regarding iceriver.io, they have a Twitter account and are active, they also seem to be posting exposing fake iceriver Twitter accounts(though it doesn't really tell you whether they are legit or not).

Hard to tell.
OP never came back to update us. He could have received what he wanted and just forgot about this thread. Or he just got into a very bad depression after that incident
Iceriver.io at least according to what I used to know was used by a number of people and looked legitimate but who knows. Things change very quickly here.

Try looking at the mixed reviews on Reddit

On Trustpilot, the most common negative reviews are poor customer support and delays - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/iceriver.io

You cannot order anything using the scam accusation thread on the Bitcointalk forum. You need to contact Iceriver directly. Be sure to read this thread carefully and see that you are not making the same mistakes as the OP and whether you should trust this site at all.

Update: They still haven't replied to anything I wrote them and will be taking this to court. And to the guy that accused me of being a scammer, let's trade shoes and see if you feel well in this position that I am in and somebody calling you a scammer!

What happened: Hey, Bitcointalk Forum

I wanted to bring your attention to a website called Iceriver.io, which is operating as a fraudulent platform, scamming innocent individuals who are looking to invest in cryptocurrency miners.

Recently, I came across Iceriver.io and their enticing offers of high-quality cryptocurrency miners at unbelievably low prices. Intrigued, I decided to try and order one of these incredible machines as they were making over $1,000.00 USD in profit. So this is what I did.

It was stupid of me to purchase the most expensive one, but I got greedy, not gonna lie, and they got me... they got me people.....

I paid over $48,000.00 USD to these SCAMMERS and now I am broken inside.

They don't reply to my emails, there is no way to contact them through social media, they have no phone number no nothing......

I am devastated, my wife is divorcing me she is taking the kids and talking all sort of **** to them that their daddy their daddy lost the money for their college and such. And I am here on my knees just crying.

It may not look like much to you, but this is all we had, I don't wanna even live anymore....

So I am here begging you, please help me get my money back from these thieves.

I have doubts regarding the OP's allegations. I lack any knowledge about the website's legitimacy, whether it is genuine or a scam. Nevertheless, we've witnessed scammers using fake allegations to promote their sites in the past. If, the OP's story is authentic, then I apologize for their unfortunate experience. It's essential for them to stay calm and carefully consider their options for recovering their funds. There's no need to panic and make hasty decisions.

To help the OP, it would be helpful if they could provide related evidence of how they were deceived. By sharing strong evidence here, we can validate their allegations and work towards finding a solution. I'm curious about how the OP proceeded with such a substantial transaction if they had no means to contact the website. This information could shed light on the situation and facilitate finding a resolution.

This is what I get from saving drafts and then posting the wrong one

I started looking things up and found some facts.
Supports that the cn.com domain is legit:
That's not a fact that's a post by somebody saying something without providing facts!

A fact is this thing:

How can it be that the official website is 80 days younger than the "scammer"?

LE>>

Ok, rogue employee but the website is still up, the bank accounts are the same, all social media is still up, and the so-called original company is just setting up a website and that's all?

Let's be real here, if you were in their situation what would you have done?
I would have set up a youtube account filmed my warehouse, my company, and the mines with their serial numbers, and shown complete proof I'm the real owner, not just posting on some Reddit sub, right?
And being a subreddit mod that says they've received info but they won't publish a thing, what credibility do they have? A mod in reddit comes like a dozen a dime, 5k sub, lol, there's no way I would trust that guy over some other random dude on the net!

As far as I can tell they could be both scammers, but somebody keeps getting those kaspa miners, so one of them is legit but at the same time it makes really no effort to prove it.

There is no proof of anything, no transaction details, no screenshots, no order email...nothing.

The OP did leave the thread without further clarification, we are hard pressed to do investigation. However (out of curiosity) I started looking things up and found some facts.
Supports that .io domain isn't (yet) legit:

Supports that the cn.com domain is legit:

I'm not tryna conclude that the cn.com domain is legit, nor am I gonna call the .io domain a scam, there's just many points of doubt there.

I believe OP is the scammer who owns the scam/clone site iceriver.cn.com making false claims.
He tries to discredit a legitimate business by making false accusations so its reputation goes down and at the same time, he promotes his scam site via Google ads and other SEO tricks so his scam site will appear in Google searches before the legitimate one.

There is no proof of anything, no transaction details, no screenshots, no order email...nothing.Just a story of how his kids are crying and his wife is divorcing him  Grin

It is normal that people are wary when a new company comes into the crypto market where so many scams are happening, but remember that ICERIVER ( the legitimate one) actually produces and sells miners -  there are some reviews by crypto influencers, there are VIDEOS of their miners posted by them and by independent sources, articles, their machines listed on mining profit calculator websites...

I have no connection with iceriver, im not trying to promote or defend anyone, I just want to point out some obvious things.

OP, are you from the following countries, and have you got any airway bill from either of the shipping companies they listed:
Honestly, that doesn't even dispel my doubts, no response is totally unsupportive behavior and how scams work in general.
Let's assume if the .io domain is a legit one, what needs to be clarified is whether the op wasn't dealt with the wrong site, such as phishing that using punycode.

That thought came to my mind when I read this thread and learned that there is a clone scam site, but I think given OP wrote the address on the title [*.io instead of *.cn.com] we can safely assume he did accessed the "correct" one. Otherwise he'll wrote something like *.com or simply iceriver without any extensions.

Though there are handful of reviews on the search engine stating that this platform is indeed a scam, I think there's no harm in making sure all grounds are covered. OP, are you from the following countries, and have you got any airway bill from either of the shipping companies they listed:

We offer delivery services to most countries from internationally renowned logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, etc. to meet the needs of our customers.

We are unable to ship to the following countries or regions: Mainland China, Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen, Sudan, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Iran, and North Korea.

First, you have to accept this loss and move on. It's not the end of the world, but unfortunately, it's just a very expensive lesson for you.

However, I have to criticize you.
I'm not gonna jump to conclusions either one is legit, I noticed the .io domain was also just registered recently (5 months ago as of today)[1]. Just thinking of the possible scenario of the same scammer making multiple copy versions too to make some sort of repressions that the original is only one of them.

I found one review that attached proof of payment[2], the bitcoins were sent to the (what I assume) Mexc account deposit address 332jBJ2vM7hy8DSbPWwGCukAcBoaEtskE1
ended up in a hot wallet[3] 33ze68qZoBE9R4uMtRQGNnvgFTYN4sPBUq.

Unfortunately, in addition to your despair, this forum does not have the power to help you return these funds. You should have come here to ask for advice before you sent the money. Surely you would not be in this situation now.
Follow albon suggestion and try to talk with MEXC, it's probably your only chance.

If what you mentioned is the deposit address of the scammer admin of Iceriver, then the OP should contact MEXC support to check if the deposit address of this scammer belongs to the MEXC account. If, indeed, the scammer who stole the $48,000 has a MEXC account, The OP must create an account on this exchange platform, pass the identity verification, and then provide the following proof and documents to MEXC online support or via email:

Quote
**Supporting documents that are sufficient to prove that the reported address/account is associated with your crypto assets, including but not limited to: screenshots of your digital wallet/account transfer history, transaction ID, transfer address, and a detailed text description of the case + Proof of police acceptance of the case within 48 hours of submitting the supporting documents.**
After MEXC receives the above information, then will freeze the stolen assets and the scammer's account temporarily if the documents and proof provided by the OP are sufficient.

There are a lot of scamming activities going on these days and it is good to understand how the scammer operate because that's the only way to escape this online scammer because they always come with different strategies.
What you said here, reminds me of someone that hire weeks ago to execute some task and submit the report to their bot on telegram which I did. Later he said they prefer sending payment in XMR, and provide them with my Monero address but he said I should open an account on excoinway.com for fast payment and open the account got a payment notification.
I try to withdraw the coin but it's not going through and there's a pop message that I have to deposit 100 USDT before I can withdraw the coin that's where I know it was all a plan work from the beginning because no genuine crypto exchange will request the user to make a certain deposit before the user can withdraw their fund when the exchange can easily remove the request fund from the initial balance.

Sorry, I'm not sure if I understood this correctly. Do you mean OP works or is behindiceriver.cn.com the clone/fake website you exposed on this topic? Why did he create this topic in your opinion?
Anyway, OP should provide some evidences (like the payment transaction ID) if he wants his accusation to be taken seriously.

Intrigued, I decided to try and order one of these incredible machines

When did that happen?
I'm asking because a lot of people thought they were going to get scammed as support is almost nonexistent adn epling in 7-10 days  but there are actually quite a few old users on Reddit who got one. Furthermore, the hashrate just doubled from Jund so somebody is delivering Asics, but of course, it could be bitmain.
Normally I would too scream scam, as the whole thing is well too shady but I can't ignore a ton of videos of users getting their gear, with delays, with actual profitability not the one advertise of course, but still.

I don't know maybe you're aware of how to file a report of scam accusation on anyone using a particular format, here am not saying maybe you ain't right with your allegation but at least you could have developed one or two facts as proof back it up and serve as reference, some things were not better said in public when you're not holding onto a strong evidence again them, also we are expected to conduct a thorough research on them before using them.
