they haven't been here for long.
I visit them and I find they had a bug with some pairs, crypto to advcash for example. Also, the website form ignores my input and replace crypto with Alipay money. Huh

it may be better to remove them until they fix the problem

Hi,for the orders which process automatically ,it will be completed instantly 24 hours a day,only for the orders which process manually,when we are not online,it maybe need waiting for several hours to maximum 24 hours.If you hope the manual orders process instantly,you can make the order only when we are online.

It seems very much centralized service. Why would I have to wait 24 hours (maximum) if you are not available or offline while you said automatic or semi automatic? I think no one would be interested to use further if you release the payment with being delayed.
Is the script developed by you or you pruchased from any developer?

Hi,hugeblack,for BTC to PM or other e-currecies,every order will generate an unique Bitcoin address,you pay to this unique address,when it have 3 confirmations,the order will be processed automatically.If you exchange PM to BTC,the PM account is the same one always.This is because Bitcoin and Perfectmony are process by differently way,they are different systems.
Of course，if the order can't be processed,you can request refund.
