He must have heard about BTC working in that particular environment, and you my friend made him more curious about it. If he really was searching those terms on Google, next thing you know he joins this forum and posts in this particular thread claiming that now even he owns " 1 bitcoin " Smiley and the very next day he'll be explaining btc to his co-workers and how its better than centralized currencies.

Or he might change his career from banking to some thing else.  Grin
Bitcoin is not good for traditional banks.

Bitcoin is against all the centralised things , that is why banks are so against it.

Government and banks don't like anything on which they don't have any authority . But interesting thing is how so many people still don't know about Bitcoin's concept besides how far it has come  and how much further still BTC has to go .

Yeah  ... While I was talking to him , these were the terms he was searching in Google

Bitcoin
Bitcoin India
Bitcoin Legal India
Bitcoin RBI
Bitcoin TAX
Bitcoin Authority
Can Bitcoin be blocked .

I had a talk (personal stuff) with the Manager of ICICI Yesterday and with Deputy Manager of AXIS bank and while we where waiting for the documents to be delivered to from another branch , they tried to make me put some money into their mutual fund / investment fund blah blah .. I tried to explain them about  Bitcoin . They always kept asking  , who is controlling the transaction , what proof it will be delivered etc , who is central authoritu  .. I explained to the best I can but they cannot wrap their head around decentralized currency. At the end I said we can manage out money , our hard earned money , we dont need banks ,no  RBI , or government that come and steal or take % money from us as TAX .. he smiled
