Yeah i think icos do need some kind of registration and regulation if the community wants to get rid of fake, cheap and scam icos, also there should be some kind of insurance fund where investors can get a refund in case of ico turning to scamand lastly my own suggestion is that the ico and the team.should provide their kyc documents and address and make them public before asking investors for kyc, this will discourage fake projects and also bring more transparency that will help in building confidence.
More ICOs are coming from no where, everyday.
Shitty ICOs, scam ICOs and rarely good ICOs.
If all ICOs were chose to be shut down, we might lose the good projects.
