They have a really involved admin community on their telegram as well as their discord. I am not sure if they need help but they are quick to answer any questions I have asked

Depending on the liquidity on the exchanges you should be able to buy as many as you want if you dont care about price

You mistake lack of communication with impatience. They are not one in the same. I have no problem with being thorough and making sure the project go's forward with everything in place and support where it needs to be.
