Considering there is already a token childboard for /announcements which does play its role in de cluttering the altcoins boards. IMO an ICO board could play a role in making things even a bit more tidy and manageable. I fully appreciate the fact that bitcointalk is for bitcoin and that the altcoin boards are here by good will/adverse possesion only but they've grown into one of the fore most watering holes of the industry and as such deserve some love.
I agree with quoted. It would be nice to get own childboard for ICOs. Announcements (Altcoins) has many new topics created each day and a bit more diversification could help to make easier to browse.
