I am using telegram only. But for best result use both.
With so many ICOS throwing themselves out there, where do you interact more? Telegram or Twitter?
Twitter is for mostly used as a means to spread out the message to many followers but most users don't indulge in twitter dm's for crypto related stuff.Earlier almost all projects used to have a slack channel but now it has been replaced by telegram.
Telegram offers group chat so users can solve out their queries efficiently.
