ICO Presale or also known as Pre-ICO, is the token sale event that Blockchain enterprises run before the official crowdsale or ICO campaign goes live. The fund-raising targets for Pre-ICOs are often lower as compared to that of the main ICO and tokens are usually sold cheaper.

ICO is no longer hot. Too much ICO help investors, but the late comer have to buy with super high price. At the end, all ICO price lower than the sale price.So I think Following that, ICO will bring no profit to investors, no interest in it again.

so many ICOs is so many scam , you need research it .

So that why people dont want to throw their money after the ICO. Follow that, ICO will bring no profit to investors, so no one interested in ICO more.

No one wants to throw money into thin air and end up losing it, on the contrary, we all want invest in something that has great potential and has the capability to make change!

Not quiet sure what your question is. If you meant that there are many new ICO's that are being launched but not getting significant money, then I think the reason of this is that people have learnt and are researching before putting their money blindly into ICO's.
