Hi,

I am an investor in a start-up and co-founder / owner of another one. Both are doing pretty well and I also have been investing in the crypto world since 2013. I saw the latest wave of ICO's and I was wondering if an ICO to let's say get a share of revenue through a smart contract in a real business would get some attention, be in any interest for you guys. I am talking about revenue and not profit to make it quickly more interesting as the businesses already have traction.

Thank you for your help, comments, points of views and advise  Smiley

Well I heard about this one ICO project so-called "onplace"  as far as I understood you could get some revenues there through peach in on the investment portfolio in pre-IPO companies.  But they didn't collect minimum goal through ico.

Do you mean ICO for offline business? If that what you mean, you need portofolio of your business, make business plan and development, profit sharing, payment method and anything about offline business. everyone is interesting as long as your business is profitable for investor not to scam them. There are actually offline business that can croudfunded with bitcoin just the question " Is it profitable?"

Where does the smart contract part come in?
Will the ICO mean the company would go public or that people who buy in the ICO are then entitled to company shares?

It is a legit business with real revenues already (around 500k€ last year), we started it with an initial investment of 10k€ and it has been profitable since day 1. It took us time to figure out the market but the opportunity is pretty interesting as we are the leaders and will probably remain the only operator in the field in Europe. The idea for me is to keep the investment backed by ETH and transform some of it to pay for the different investments we are going to make (marketing, r&d, development in other european countries). I don't know if there are any financial products that could help hedge the investment to make it easy to convert generated revenues from EUR to ETH, any ideas mrcash02 ?

I have no ideas, because I don't know even what your business is... You need to explain better what is your business, in which field you are operating, what it does, how it generates profit, if possible, tell us the country, show pictures, every information helps investors to conclude if it's a good offer or not.

You have already a big yearly profit, why do you need investors money?

Checking some threads at Securities section can give you some idea about how to create a thread about this kind of subject.

If it's a legit business with proofs and the rates are nice I would be glad to try it.

Are you saying hypothetically or do you have plans to start a business?
