If you look closely at the ICO, you can find that in many common phrases are used, little specifics. Many phrases like "neural networks rule the world," and such nonsense. If you want to study in more detail, ask for documentation, ask questions about the topic. But, and this does not guarantee the absence of risk. The question is, why do you need this? Are you an investor? Or do you want to participate in a subscription campaign?

ICO have changed the way people used to raise funds in recent years!

Are there any company/startup who have raised funds using ICO for an online or offline business similar to shares of their company?

If no, will this be a possible scenario in the near future?

If yes, how will it affect the payment of dividends for company those pay that.

And how will it affect the future stock exchange?

Will you be investing in an ICO like that?

What would you be looking at before investing? What Factors? Team? Cause? Business Plan & Execution? Country?

How would an investor protect his investment with ICO's, as using of Escrow is also a risk if that escrow scams (there had been cases like that as well)

Which all type of business currently uses a token/coin to raise money which does not have anything to do with decentralisation? And just using it as a means of internal currency?
