Short Overview
Everex aims to enable the transfer of funds between two individuals using crypto-cash. Crypto-cash will use the Ethereum network and always be pegged 1:1 with a fiat currency. In the terms it states that if the price of ETH is under $250 on the July 24th, 250 EVX will be given for 1 ETH.

Example:
ETH Price = $235
BTC Price = $2750
Ratio = 2750/235 = 1 (BTC): 11.702 (ETH)

An investor who puts in 10 ETH will receive 10*250 = 2500 EVX
If 1 BTC they receive. 11.702 * 250 = 2925.5 EVX
