The most important thing is good relations with the community, clear project goals, a roadmap that is on schedule. That way investors will have the confidence to contribute to the project.
I often see project goals that are too grandiose, then in the end it cannot be achieved, then the relationship with the community is very bad which results in the absence of supporters anymore.
Though supporters are very important to help free promotion through social media.

Make social media profiles in most famous platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Medium etc and share daily activities in them with some good graphics. (If your social media manager has good graphic design skills and blockchain technology knowledge are the huge plus)

4.Make a good active telegram community
The telegram community is an important one to get more investors. Because investor can ask questions about ICO and it helps to solve their problems. Make that community is always active.

5.Don't offer a large amount of bonus in private sale, pre-sale and no bonus for crowd sale
