me i have personally experienced that these pages seem to be like payed off that's why i prefer to go to coin desk and check theres
All are busy promoting their list. But the most extensive list I found was from coingecko, they do sponsored listing but are clearly mentioned the promoted one.

It would be nice to have a defacto site to have an overview of all the up and coming ICO, the issue is some of these sites are "biased" or "vested" as they require payment or fees to be listed. Who is truly independent?

icotracker or icostats is reliable site for you but looks the site gives a lot of the information regarding the deteailed of the project that brings you the more information to make your own research about ico. Yeah I know that page, but have you ever tried it ?
It's kind not complete like check out if they had CIVIC there you won't find it OR Basic Attention token. -> NADA
SO guys if anyone has an idea where I can find a nice page! Go for it!
