I definitely think this is a new trend and it's been here for a while. More and more ICOs are going the route of private sales lately to avoid regulatory problems.
So, entering a pre-sale requires big investments. Big threshold leads to formation of pools.

Hello,

I’d like to introduce our community: ICO Pool Investment - Grouped Action Is Never Small - GAINS.
https://www.facebook.com/groups/344896579323582

This group gathers small investors who cannot participate to the presale stage of ICOs on their own. By pooling together, we have more power. This allows us to enter presales and negotiate bonuses for our contributors.

Already joined by more than 1000 members (Facebook + Telegram + Discord), we strive to be the best. Our team analyses dozens of ICOs and only keeps the greatest ones. From this short list, we contact and negotiate directly with a highly ranked decision maker or the CEO. We deliver deals on a silver platter.

Participating to a presale solves many of the issues tied to public ICOs and offers multiple advantages:
- Avoid the rush due to the hype and be assured that you can invest
- No gas war
- No 3 AM alarm clock
- No min individual cap
- Reduced risk of getting scammed because we only offer ICOs which have passed our sharp and  thorough research
- Get in with a bonus!

We are fully transparent and we have a track record that you'll be able to check once you join the group.
You can find more information about us and the project on our facebook group. We’ve also made an AMA : https://youtu.be/aJ2xm_I83rQ

Any suggestions for ICO pools?

Do your research...make sure to join pools that have accessible admins (by phone and email). Also look for pools that use escrow services like Primablock. My friends and I (as some individual crypto investors) started the 1035 Club and we talk with each new member and use Primablock for all deals.  You are welcome to check us out on our website - www.1035club.com and telegram - https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAE-vb9fdWs1DRnT9Aw.
