this is really a brilliant idea to reduce less quality projects, even ICO's scam, very interesting, but, how does this web work to review and publish quality projects?
It’s indeed a promising project. But I feel your website is lacking of marketing, I think that more merchants will acknowledge your project.
We submitted our ICO a few weeks back but never heard back.
