Its bad, shit tokens everywhere, trying to ICO about any random Idea they have.

What is really sad is that Popular Coin (POP) is building some cutting edge tech that every social media platform will be using in the future, and a big part of the crypto scene just ignores POP because its all about who has the most money to startup. Its not about community, its about who can pay for articles to be written etc. the whole system is a bunch of fake spoiled brats running the show. just like this Valerian Bennett asshole.

If you hear anyone talking about it please let them know these guys as pop chest token, are scammers, who cannot create original ideas.

I was moved and sad to read the story that you experienced  , I also did not expect that this part of the fraud (SCAM) happened. It's very embarrassing and makes us all think twice about really getting involved in cryptocurrency. This kind of event should not be repeated in the future. Let us think about how to find a solution to stop all ways of fraud. Because this is very detrimental !!

It is well known that you just do NOT use a trading ticker that is already in use. For 5 years in the world of cryptos where there are dumb scammers everywhere, there has never been such a serious attempt.

I Sent them Messages on their website, and twitter almost 1 year ago now.

I am going to go visit their telegram now and start telling all their users about it.

These guys think that they can just go in and take any trading ticker they want just because its an ICO and they have calculated that they will get 3.5 Million dollars in funding fromt he ICO

With these ICO Scams they can easily build a website with a fake team and even make it look like they "will in the future" have better tech than the coin they are targeting, and then do ICO all using that coins trading ticker.

It's a sad day for AltCoins when there are eth tokens which are not even really Alt-Coins,.. they are Alt-tokens.

I cannot believe it. I messaged them over 6 months ago to remind them that they are producing a SCAM when a digital currency with the trading ticker POP has been available and has 1000s of users since 2014.

I understand why you would make this post. I did know about Popularcoin for years and I never saw a an ether token try to use the same ticker, but I have seen other ether tokens which try to do it from other coins I even saw an ether token which tried to use the trading ticker eth, its a scam and people will figure it out!

I personally reached out to the "POPChest" Ceo Valerian Bennett and told them that we have well established the trading ticker POP and to stop scamming people using the PopularCoin trading ticker. Apparently he did not listen or I would not be posting this now to the the community that I have been a part of for 6 years now.

Its Funny if they think they can create and ethereum token and call it bit_chest and then SCAM people by calling the trading ticker BTC ??

I have never seen anything like it in the 6 years that I have been involved in Altcoins, it is a shame to all crypto currencies and just shows where we are now with scam ether tokens POPPING up left and right.

The best we can do is inform the community and keep pressing on.

What popchest ceo can is just do like the popchain team did and other Scam Tokens that wannabee POP use their own trading ticker for example popchain is (PCH) its pretty simple, and anyone that is falling for this ICO should really think about how much of a scam the people they are buying into are.
