We should have a sub forum that explains who we should avoid in an ICO development team,

I do not quite get what you mean by a, sub forum. A board or child board?
You can start a thread, listing out scam team members, with substantial evidence to give investors a heads up, and there is already a scam and accusation board. It could also be posted in the reputation board.

those who are going to be scammed are not going to read the sub forum anyway.  i think the only way to help potential victims is by having a large pop-up window or a huge banner that covers a huge chuck of the OP saying that BE AWARE MOST ICOs ARE SCAM DYOR.

Some ICOs use teams that aren't even real, made up of random stock photos and fake names. Some ICOs steal team members or entire teams from other ICOs or LinkedIn. Some ICOs don't even use names and photos, but instead use pseudonyms and graphics. Some ICOs don't even list team at all. You can go to the Scam Accusations board and see plenty of examples of all the categories I just listed. Unfortunately, these scam project still manage to convince newbies and idiots to send them their money. If newbies aren't checking if the project even has a team in the first place, then they definitely won't be checking if any member of that team is on some form of "blacklist".

Who would get to decide who goes on the blacklist anyway? If I were in charge, I would be putting Ver and Wright on there as numbers one and two, but I know there are many in the forum who would disagree with me.

I'm afraid we can't protect everyone from every scam. Caveat emptor.

Scam accusations childboard is a subforum which was created for this purpose. Unfortunately many "investors" still ignore it and go ahead and get scammed. I don't reathy think there is nerd for another subforum for reporting ICO scams.

We should have a sub forum that explains who we should avoid in an ICO development team, we can provide a blacklist to ensure the security of investors who will participate in an ICO, hopefully this becomes a suggestion that can make this forum better
