It has happened multiple, multiple, and multiple times. And I'm sure it will happen many more. Just this year, according to https://assets.coingecko.com/reports/2018-Q2-Report/CoinGecko-2018-Q2-Report-EN-Large.pdf the coingecko report. There was over 600 ICOs this year, 300 were a scam, only 300 disclosed transparency to investors. Out of those 300, only 75 hit an exchange...We really need to be protected from projects that want to capitalize on the moment. This project is a big red flag from the beginning when you see the team are just focused on the world cup! Is going to be a coin they will try to hype for a very short time and then dump everything and get at least some money from naive investors. It's sad but we need to stop investing in anything they show us here, just because we think we might hit a jackpot...
