It is no secret that traditional banks do not want to deal with crypto; nonetheless, every ICO has to hire people and pay rent which is mostly not done through crypto but fiat. My question would be: how do ICOs convert their ETH or BTC back to fiat?  I know smaller offshore banks are an option if proper KYC has been followed but also that is getting increasingly more difficult. Do ICO convert through OTC deals, just unload thorough regular exchanges or pay their bills in crypto?
