US govt gave some guidelines for ICO in coming days and those ico should follow the rules provided by sec nt all icos are banned by sec they are trying to regulate the ico industry

I've tried browsing around the forum for a related topic but came up empty handed. I'm sure it's been raised before.

So the issue is are there any known investment pools for ICOs that would charge a fee to allow US based people to get into a ICO as most of them now bar US citizens from participating?

The same goes for a SEC registered ICO that would require a US citizen to be an accredited investor?
