ICOs are the seeds of this crypt money exchange. It is valid within the United States. They can not prevent it while trying to ban. They may bring regulation.

Some ICO only restrict IP, so you can use VPN to participate, but most ICO limit KYC, so neither America nor China can participate.

Use VPN or try to join the ico anyway. Some ICOs say they won't allow but they don't check.

I think no ICO will allow USA or China because of many regulations involved. The list will probably get bigger over time.

Most of the ICOs wont accept U.S citizens if you are willing to get involve in these ICOs,you should get some fake ids in the deepweb,i know what it feels when the SEC wants to regulate our freedom, this isnt what satoshi wants to achieve.

When Centra Tech ran their ICO they were open to US citizens, so I would suggest trying to find ICO for companies based in the US and with these you will most likely find US citizens can be included. Otherwise your only legal options are to buy post ICO.

As far as I know, almost all of the ICO projects do not accept the us KYC verification. Because of the American policy, if we accept the investment of us citizens, then we may face legal problems.

Opporty is a US based company and they are conducting their pre-sale right now--US citizens can participate. They have a strong team and a high rating. You can just check out my signature if you want to learn more or participate in their project.

I also wish there was an easier way to find out what ICOs accept US citizens instead of having to
check every ICO web-site and their sale FAQ. Here are a few that are open to US and are good too:

So are there any ICOs that are open to US citizens? I know everyone is all KYC nervous but surely there are a few that are looking good?
