yes of course ! no holy grail.
it will give wrong signals ALWAYS.
The idea is to manage your risk and I find that iCOT helped me to getter much better entries and much better risk/reward.
Again - your experience in chart reading is a must.

Any info about accuracy of the signals ? Does it work on all timeframes? what is the best timeframe for this indicator ?
Not convincing at all.... most pictures you present in your post showcase wrong signals; the last one for example has 2 red vertical bars and up ward price action.
The strongest signals are the green and red vertical stripes (green = buy signals, red = sell signals).
Blue bars and the little yellow diamonds above and below the price are also sell/buy signals, but not as strong as the stripes. In special occasions, when consecutive stripe signals are observed, the escalation of the current trend is likely. Buy/sell signals are confirmed once the signal bar's low (in case of sell signal) or high (in case of buy signal) is broken.

Seriously, using indicators are free on most of the exchanges but if there’s something different with this one maybe I can try and look for it, this is just a guideline supposedly and never to depend to anyone because it is still advisable to do your own research and to analyze the market on your own. I’m gonna watch some videos to see if its worth it.

Yes of course iCOT is not the holy grail ! nothing out there ! real traders will understand what i mean by “excellent risk/reward” and this is what iCOT is all about.

Do you simply advertise a program for an indicator? I see that your offer is good as you also have free trials for other users yet I don't want to try it out. Nonetheless, I don't really see how it can be a better tool against RSI, MACD, EMA, and other candlestick patterns especially Doji - which are all free and can be learned in the vast internet. Would you elaborate how can your paid indicator be that beneficial than the free stuffs I mentioned?

As per the iCOT description : it is an intraday technical indicator trying to simulate and approximate COT reports.
I got amazed by how accurate to pinpoint major reversal points.
