all exchange has problems, so you should avoid using new exchange that does not have physical office, that you do not know who are the owners of the exchange and that has no reputation. It is very important to always do research before using any exchange because there are many exchanges that are not good and do not even have enough staff to attend the support tickets.

First thing first you're in the wrong board you should move or post on Scam Accusation Board instead. Second, Where do you find this exchange? seems its just newly made since its the first time I've heard its name. And please pot some proofs of this accusation, like transaction id/s.

Okay, base on it's whois info, a newly made exchange without good reputation and there's a high chance it will be scam website.
