Just want to add, that I've bought a bunch of those as gifts and souvenirs.

This is of course not a replacement or alternative to a proper cold storage (as any paper wallet), but I did not have any funds stolen so far.
Banknotes look & feel very nice.

Thank you for your message. Feel free to buy where you prefer...

Note is looking so cool, and one think I am not sure is how they are protecting the package or envelope from messing up with shape during transport.

I want add that the notes are "resistant/durable" much much more classic bank notes (like "plastify paper").
As reported on their website

Accepted worldwide, durable 20 years, resist a washing machine cycle, tamper-proof...This solution is better than cash, no limits!

I can confirm this quote. Received with other items (multiple purchases) from overseas , without any specific protection, and they are still perfect.

Thanks for your interest in our product. We accept payment in bitcoins.
I don't see this cryptocurrency payment tab on my side but I guess I have to fill up all my personal information with delivery address, and after that it will show up.
There is only a selection for fiat currencies from US dollar, Euro to Indian Rupee, etc.

Feel free to buy directly from them of course...
Thank you for your efforts of posting images per my request, and I will consider purchase one piece.
I see now they do accept Bitcoin payments so I will probably go and purchase directly on their website.

If you want I can sold one note, not redeemed/untouched (btc payment) ... shipment from EU Wink !
Thanks, I will think about it. Can you tell me how much you are asking for this and what notes do you have?
I know I could probably find stuff like this collectibles section, but they must add Bitcoinpayment directly on website, and that is not so hard now with BTCPayServer or Coinbase Commerce.
They look funny and very unproffesioonal selling something Bitcoin related without accepting it.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.57531092
there was a group-buy here on forum and me and other users have done a purchase.

I have already few banknotes in my collection, and other have been given for gift to friends and relatives... I am not able to find the main topic where it was discussed this production, but generally speaking ... it was evident they had some basic level of security and they had some quality in this work.

Of course... not use a cold wallet or as main wallet for you storage!
You must always rely on something like glacierprotocol.org

Glacier is the step-by-step protocol for storing Bitcoins in a highly secure way, offline.

I suggest to move this discussion in Collectibles section

It's a little suspicious for me that OP Elena Meleshko and FrankGraham posted in same thread and they both speak Russian language, so there is a high probability this accounts are connected.
You need to make some corrections you posted and remove ftp:// from last two links.

It is a kind of cool bitcoin wallet in the form of paper money that resembles banknotes traditional.
I think this is just overpriced printed paper with unsecure method of printing private key by one centralized authority, that reminds me a lot on banking system we have today.
We have to trust that Quantic machine, Swiss company and some person who is controlling that machine in Switzerland, and we can't verify anything so it's all based on trust.
I do like to have some form of printed Bitcoin notes, but not like this when someone else prints and generates everything for me.
It's just a matter of time until someone who is corrupted infiltrates this system and leak some private information.

I performed some test trying to buy one Icynote Bitcoin note as collectibles item, but imagine my surprise when I didn't find Bitcoin as payment option  Tongue
You are selling Bitcoin paper wallets and not accepting Bitcoin for payment, but only fiat currencies Cheesy

Bitcoins in the form of banknotes?
So basically you're selling fancy paper wallets? Some people say you shouldn't use them at all, but it's even worse if someone else creates them. Why would anyone trust you with their money?

To start: can you prove this?
8. Swiss notary proof of integrity, authenticity, non-repudiation, and unicity

So, a special protocol for creating the cold wallets, erasing the cold wallets and destroying all hard drives after production exists at the printing company. Supervision by a Swiss notary and a Swiss IT security company, the printer’s 27001 security risk compliance team and SMD security team furnishes proof that files used in the printer are deleted after production. At the end of the process unicity proof is performed and there is absolutely no possible means of replicating it.
It's hard to check any of these claims remotely. Why don't you mention which notary and IT company you used? How many hard drives (plural) do you use for this?

This is a weird way of testing:
10. Private key and wallet address quality checks per batch

Our company’s quality check tests the first (A) and the last (B) Icynote of every batch and two random Icynotes (C, D) as follows. We send a small amount of cryptocurrency to A, then from A to B, then from B to C, then from C to D, and then from D to the original source. If this passes the test, it implies that the batch and each individual Icynote are printed correctly.
You only need to verify the address created from the private key, there's no need for a "chain" of transactions. But since you say you did this, maybe you can show photographs of a set of Icenotes A, B, C and D, so we can verify those transactions happened on-chain (before today). Even better if you sign a message from all involved addresses.

Hi there,

Bitcoins in the form of banknotes?
https://www.icynote.news/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/billetes-bitcoin-wallet.jpg

It is a kind of cool bitcoin wallet in the form of paper money that resembles banknotes traditional.

In the middle of the digital age and in the midst of the rise of cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin (BTC), most operations to acquire products or services are carried out through mobile wallets, computers connected to the Internet or using credit or debit cards.
