maybe your idea will be the same with the starters as usual about making coins and asked for support by all people to fund your rubbish idea which is not far from making a new coin, this seems to be very boring for me see beginners make something that is not useful for the future. 
What are the chances that any new "coin" will actually be great?

You can post your idea right away,but if it is another ico better forget it,we have seen a lot of idea like creating a movie about Bitcoin,selling bottled air then ask people to give them money to fund their useless project,so do not start with the idea of asking money to fund that.
Just post your idea here and just edit your post so that everyone will see your idea. And upon reading, everyone can give their thoughts and additional idea for your idea. It's good to discuss about the idea that you've got in your mind. But wait, another newbie? Oh well.
