Even if you could find a dev that would keep your "unique" new mining system a secret, if it was truly a great idea it would be "stolen" as soon as you released the new coin such is the way of open source. You should just share or discuss it publicly if you have a great idea for the benefit of the crypto community.

I have a idea for a new coin "mining system" but I don't want to release it to the public afraid it will be stolen. So if you are interested in my idea and you are a developer that can make my idea a reality. It would make my year.
