It is not easy to run an ICO specially if we want it to become successful.
There are certain requirements whe we will run an ICO like,
1. Content and usage of the project to the world
2. Developers/Specialists
3. Money, it is a must to have large amount of capital
4. Promoters of the project.
To be successful, we must think of what we will do first and the possibility to lost amount lf time and money.

I have an idea for an ecosystem that uses blockchain technology in the translation industry that I think is suitable for ICO.

My problem, I only can arrange a team of 3 specialist team members and I dont have endless money resources to hire more people in advance.

Any tips?

Running an ICO is not so easy you need to all have the requirements and team must be so strong in terms of goals of running an ICO .

I know in details how could SC consensus be used in the Translation industry, and yes its suitable for ICO.

First, go into the private sale to get the initial funding and then hire the rest of the team.

I can help out and advise if you need me to.

If u can care to explain, can you expand on your idea? (to the level you're ok to reveal of course). Just wondering if what you're thinking of can already be achieved by an existing token.
