What if you'd give your customers discount cards which are actually bitcoin wallets?

They'd have a QR-code on them of their privkey so that customers care of them and do not let them duplicate.

You could put change on their discount cards, you could accept full payment by them, you could make a lottery with prices among your customers, you could arrange with other sellers to intex-accept eachother's discount cards... And most of all - you allow customers move out and fill cards with money, eventually they'll drop using fiat Wink
