Here is an idea.Proof of Submission:
The client can be used hash malware and submit it to the network, when a malware hash gets a certain amount of submissions, it will generate a Proof of Submission block and give block rewards to people that submitted the malware hash.
Although this would work better if it was implemented along side PoW.
