i would check back in your email account and look for a email to confirm your account.
I have some bitcoins in a wallet I created a few years ago. I know the wallet address but I can’t remember where (website or app program) I created the wallet in. Is it possible to determine where a wallet was created? If I can do this then I may be able to recover them especially if the program I used stores the private key.
