If you didn't do it someone else did so no one can restore you your funds.
You probably entered private keys to phishing site.
Can you remember what was the link you have clicked, maybe it really was phishing site. Or my second guess is malware.

If the asset has moved your address you cannot do anything else to return it, I can only give advice to you the next time you have to make sure the website you are accessing is genuine or you can bookmark the website so that you don't get phishing again in the future
well, most thieves or hackers attack the wallet that you have and after that move all existing assets to the thief's wallet, on average there are many cases that happen like that, when hackers are able to master your wallet then it will be very dangerous.

Hello

My balance on IDEX are gone....

IDEX live support says that I may have accessed a phishing website, but I haven't...

My account: 0xeD1a13DCE13c2FD1FDB094e31fd0c69513566F0C

The funds have been transferred to the following account.
0x47D9A519529EBCc1491480ACdc145B996A44EEF8

Is it true that my funds have been... hacked?

If this address is not yours: 0x47D9A519529EBCc1491480ACdc145B996A44EEF8 than it means you got hacked. Probably phishing. Idex can't help you. Sorry, this is the worst part of crypto.
That is totally true, when ever that happen, what you really can do is just let it go, because no matter what you do, you won't get your coins back.
Everything already been too late to do something about it.

This should serve as a reminder to be wary of leaving coins on exchanges, even decentralized ones. As others have pointed out, this could either be malware on a computer obtaining the private key or a phishing website. Always make sure you scan your computer with an antivirus and keep the antivirus updated regularly.

I think your wallet is the one who is compromised directly, not the IDEX one, it is unlikely to get hacked after 124 days from the time of transfer, that's too long. Maybe you installed some malicious apps on your computer recently, and to mention, using IDEX, you are the one who is in control of your account, they have nothing to deal with lost assets for they also didn't control anything.

I think you should check your computer, maybe your computer is infected with malware, if you download any software, you should check it on https://www.virustotal.com/ before downloading or install it .
Thank you for the advice you gave. Maybe I now have to use more security so that unwanted things happen. Because now it's very dangerous if we are not careful about suspicious links. Because this will have an impact on our life and death.

For dobolspeed3 are you implying that you and OP is the same person? Be careful when switching accounts so you won't look obvious LOL

It has nothing to do with IDEX maybe you are a victim of phishing you should be careful on what you are clicking on emails check the source of the emails, if it is not a clone site check the URL, install phishing protections. What is your ethereum wallet? I suggest to use metamask for PC and trust or imtoken on android to avoid phishing.

Man it's obvious hack using a phishing website, you probably did that, check your browsing history in your browser it will be there (the phishing link).
The worst thing about crypto i that transactions are final & there i nothing to reverse it.

All i can say to you, next time use a whole browser for cryptos only, using it for exchanges, MEW,...crypto related only so no phishing attempt be able to get o your browser anymore, that's what i do.
You can use your other browser for navigating the internet like you usually do, but for crypto use use a browser for that specifically, good luck.

I have always been doing like you said. I only using a whole browser for crypto only and using different browser for non crypto-related activity.

For OP, i agree with most people here that you must be visited the phising site. Don't ever click on suspicious link and always pay attention on website's url.

OP transactions through crypto are irreversible and no one can help you to take back those stolen funds you have. And if you are not familiar with the receiver's address, you really were hacked and there's no way for everyone here to get it back again.

Remember the website's you have logged in and see if those websites has SSL certificate or there were some misspelled letters for the URL. That's how people are becoming a victim of phishing links today, they are logging in through a wrong website like MEW.

How manage you fall for phishing scam ? Well I'm sorry this happened to you, don't ever leave huge funds on exchanges next time and as for me I don't use exchanges with accounts or that request private keys anymore ,I prefer exchanges with no profile ,just p2p exchanges like changelly or ethershift

Look, no need to pour scorn on people just because they fell for a scam. Even the best of us will one day do something absolutely stupid. Remember even Github developers have fallen for phishing scams just because of one moment of carelessness.

BTW Changelly, which you have used, has also frozen people's funds before. So watch out.

You should accept the truth. Because our crypto market has a lot of scammers and look forward to having people trust and accessing their website.
After this mistake, you should buy yourself a cheap laptop just to work, besides, you will not use any more applications. It will be good for protecting your money.

It will be good you post the site you used here, perhaps it is a phishing Idex site. That will help to truly knows you got phished.
It is always good you bookmark the correct websites immediately you get them, so that you can always refer to them whenever the need be.

It's pretty obvious that he has been phished already, and I'm sure that we are all sorry for him.

So let this be a lesson for everyone, no one is really safe, we really need to protect all our passwords, private key because those hackers are not stopping. Actually the attacks has been very troubling because it has doubled in the last 2 years or so. So everyone be safe and always run virus or malware scans and never exposes your pc or laptop by clicking links around.

Oh so sorry, but I strongly believe you must have accessed the wrong idex URL. Or maybe there is a screen overlay tracker app on your device, probably a spyware or keyboard from a hacker, whereby your private key or mnemonic phrase get copied and sent to the hacker without your permission. That's why I always advise crypto enthusiasts to use web3 browser extension tensions when accessing DEX.

If you accessed any phishing site there is possibility to loose fund. You might not know when you clicked the link mate. If you lost the fund from your wallet then nothing cannot be done to have your money back.
What gone is gone only. People must keep secure their private key without saving on any site and saved in unsafe places.

I think it's not the Idex exchange fault, if you confirm that's not your ETH address and don't have make any transaction, then I'm sure that your idex account is compromised, I'm sure that you can't get back your token because this is customer issue, one of the most tricky methods to steal your password is phishing, you should immediately format your computer and change idex account password.

How do you log in to IDEX? What kind of software/hardware do you usually use? If it's not a phishing it's could be some kind of malware at your computer. Scan it thoroughly with popular anti-malware and anti-virus software.

THis might be true that you accessed a phishing site!
you must prevent doing it on your own! how is it possible? you can go to coinmartketcap.com first and get the correct link there.
If you already access it, kindle bookmark it so you dont need to do it the next time.
IDEX problem is same as what ETHERDELTA AND FORKDELTA before. why? you need to put your PRIVATE KEYS to have an access on trading so beware!

I think, not your IDEX account that was hacked. Because I look you have withdrawn your balance from IDEX to your Personal wallet. So, I think this has absolutely nothing to do with your IDEX account, But your private key has been hacked. yeah your personal wallet has been hacked, not a hacked IDEX account.
I don't know what phishing site you have accessed, even yourself don't know if you have been hit by a phishing attack.
Yeah, I think no one can help you to return your balance, unless the hacker is willing to return it. I can only suggest that you be more careful to save your private key.

This is unfortunate. If tokens were transferred from your account to another that you don't know, then you might have been hacked. Maybe you have visited a phishing site that got information to your login or security information. There is nothing now you can do to it but use another wallet has more security features.

Idex is a bad exchange, but it is difficult to be hacked. So I'm afraid your computer has a virus or has malicious software stealing your information and private key. It's best to check your computer and make it clean and start creating another wallet

Yes may be you have accessed phishing websites & your wallet got compromised by stealing your private keys. The only thing you can do now is to comment hackers wallet in etherscan or Ethplorer section to return your fund. Also have eye on the transaction of the hacker as he can transfer this funds on the exchanges & now a days exchange also helps to catch hackers.

My account: 0xeD1a13DCE13c2FD1FDB094e31fd0c69513566F0C

The funds have been transferred to the following account.
0x47D9A519529EBCc1491480ACdc145B996A44EEF8

Is it true that my funds have been... hacked?
