i had tokens stored and stolen from Idex's in-house exchange wallet...

Are there any other possibilities that the hacker could have taken to access my wallet other than getting access to it through my private MEW keys? (i want to try to eliminate this personal private key factor as a potential possibility for someones coins to get stolen)

Idex users have their MEW wallets tied to their exchange somehow, but also Idex has exchange wallets. A user can't trade unless they have their coins located on the in-house exchange wallet.

How can a hacker steal from the in-house exchange wallet? Can the coin creator and contract between it and Idex get compromised?

Can a coin provider be blamed for the hack in any way? (XYZ coin getting compromised somehow) and the hacker getting into the wallet they had listed within the Idex exchange wallet?

This is the problem with decentralized exchanges, people lost hundreds of thousands of dollars on etherdelta, granted ED was garbage but that's what happens on decentralized exchanges. 1 wrong button or key push and you can lose a lot of money. I personally think IDEX is amazing and works really well but problems like these will happen to beginners all the time. Hopefully OP did save his private key, I think there is a window prompt when you first start using IDEX with your wallet showing you your private key and telling you to save it.

I trade coin on IDEX when reinstalling window then lose coin, Please tell me the reason?
Problem is with improper backup of your trading wallet there.

It work quite differently as it is decentralized platform where you can either create a exchange wallet and encrypt it with your password or you can restore your old trading wallet with private key or json file

You will need either the JSON file + password or your private key to unlock your wallet.

So what might have happened was that you created a wallet and used password to access it, you downloaded JSON file which is needed you to login to your account in future. You now reinstalled your window which fromated your system drive which also include your JSON file in download folder.

If you have saved your private key somewhere than you might still access your account otherwise its gone with that keystore/json file.

I have not used this site before, but when I visit it, I found it does not depend on accounts system. If you do not save your Keystore File + password, no one will be able to help you, and therefore no one will be able to access your money/coins.
Reinstalling window will delete all your files(if you save it On this path C:\). Check where you keep your data.

What you mean on reinstalling window? You mean restarting your browsers?
If you do restart in an incognition mode then most likely you would need to input once again either your private keys or json file but if not on private mode/incog then it does still logged on the site.
You can logged in anytime but if you do see your coin isnt there and theres an output transaction then you got phished.
