What are the chances of Oraclize assigning the same number to 12 consecutive bets?

Not as if there were any red flags about this ico or anything...
It seems that on June 26th, iDice was stuck on assigning 82 to every bet... which is not a winning number.
Perhaps it's an "update" in the code to balance the bankroll??
