Longstoryshort, I have been trying to figure out this Bug for about three months now and I cannot solve it.
The bug;
The windows 7, Internet Explorer 10 "DownloadWindowPlacement" registry entry is being Ignored, Causing All download windows to appear in the same, Unchangable location.

Please help me solve this issue, i might even pay depending on difficulty of solving the issue

I have tried to use Microsoft Support, But it is total garbage, it took me two hours to find a place to post my question only to be told that "sorry, you request couldn't be processed" Day after Day

EDIT: I've been told by a member on SuperUser that the windows I am opening are not considered to be a DownloadWindowPlacement
If anyone knows the name of the registry key that controls them, Please let me know!!
