Finally after 3 days of empty attempts I found the right guide/manual and was able to create a test ICO/Token = VOXT
to those who open an account on https://stellarport.io
I send you 50 VOXT
you can also open Keypair generator

These keypairs can be used on the Stellar network where one is required.
For example, it can be used as an account master key, account signer, and/or as a stellar-core node key.
to receive and send VOXT .
with https://www.stellar.org/laboratory/#?network=public
you can send - receive and place buy or saddle offers much more, but for the average user it's enough and more
I created them with 100 XLM --- 1 XLM = 0.054 € practically 5,4€.

I'm sorry I didn't answer right away...
I live in north-eastern Italy near Austria & Slovenia
and right now here we are in a state of emergency (practically like at war).
100000 inhabitants are already in quarantine... closed schools, universities, churches, cinemas, theatres... all sporting and cultural events and gatherings of people have been cancelled.
(Venice Carnival cancelled)
in the same small way as what's happening in China because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

so bear with me...
I've been interested in crypto-currency since 2013 and I've also tried to undermine Bitcoin and others but without success.
Now I'm interested in a non-profit association if it's possible to create a crypto-currency (new/original).
if possible using as a stellar (XLM) base ...
I tried stellarx as other excange...
otherwise we can talk about it, I'll take your advice...

Your advice will certainly be very useful to me.
