I am exchanging mail with Free Wallet Company. In the last email, the free wallet manager would say.
I have contacted the technical team, there are no traces of this address in our system.

Unfortunately, there's no way we can help you discover the owner of the address.

Is this possible?
Im going to lose btc cause of this problems.
help me out

Support from freewallet site is clearly states that address you send coins is not belongs to them, respectively that it was not generated by their system. So by them you send coins to wrong address or they are lying. I check some reviews about freewallet, there is some postive post, but also some very negative you can read here : https://www.trustpilot.com/review/freewallet.org

You need to confirm with recipient regarding that address, but now it is very hard to determine are you scamed by freewallet, person you send coins or you have clipboard malware on your PC.
3 possible scenarios could happen which had been mentioned we wont even know if freewallet support do tell out the truth or just denying things out. In the very first place you should ask the person where you do send out those coins since you are on doubt then ask him to have a pic with the address of freewallet that had been given. If the address is the same and you had pasted out a different wallet address then you had been infected by malware. Recovery would be hard yet the wallet service and the person you send out both washed out their hands.

BTC price road to $80k
Could you please give us the link of the free wallet company you are using right now so that we can check if the site is legit or not.

The transaction was confirm 2 thousand times and it's impossible that he didn't receive or you didn't receive it on free wallet unless if you paste a wrong bitcoin address.

Check carefully the bitcoin address from free wallet if it's the same as the address where you send the bitcoin from your electrum wallet and maybe you mistaken copy a wrong address?

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
Did it finally show up?

Since the transaction as been included into a block properly there are bascially 3 options in this scenario:

1) The recipient has an outdated version / no connection to the network
2) The address does not belong to the recipient (maybe he sent you the wrong address or you copied it wrong; maybe clipping malware?)
3) The person you are dealing with just scammed you.
no..not yet.
It is not solved on the 15th day.
When I contacted the free wallet side of the receiving wallet company, I was told that the transaction did not reflect the transaction even though the transaction ID was approved.
I do not understand.
Is there a bit coin evaporating?
if I post a photo of my wallet would that help?

What is the exchange?
You could probably do with going to the scam accusations section and post a complaint there with all the evidence you have

The money has been sent. It is not your fault that the recipient was using a dodgy wallet. You have done your bit and now they owe you whatever you were getting in exchange for that money transfer.

Also this forum is only for electrum related issues. Your issue has nothing to do with electrum.

If the recipient is using electrum ask them to upgrade to the latest version of electrum. Old versions have difficulty synching with the network.

If they are not using electrum then it's not relevant to this forum. That money has been sent so it's not really your problem either.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
Are you certain their address is this: 38br25DZfuaZJtFeADbWgH2uwDKZq5JbJf

Has the other person had a history of transactions that show or is this the first one to their wallet?

What is showing up in the receiver's wallet?

The transaction has been confirmed already, so everything should be ok.
