The forum could only realistically sell newbie accounts, with the restrictions already removed, and at a price to discourage spammers. But I believe most people looking to buy accounts want reputable accounts, and I don't think it'd bide well if the forum started to seize accounts to sell them

Hrmm I'm sure it's entirely possible. But that gives even less reason to trust any account on activity or status alone. I like it!
