...then devs and platform owners need to improve security and custServ (or support) and communicate more. Joe public is getting more involved. If you've been in the industry long time then you know that crypto was never good for custServ, but lately bad custServ has gone parabolic.

Devs and other project bods dreaming of Teslas, Lambos, and no mortgage is cool but if you're not treating your customers right then you're wasting your time (and might even end up in court! Cheesy)

e.g.
1. IOTA - massive theft scam - devs are absent
2. BitConnect  - need I say more? And there's other MLMs coming thru - people have lost life savings!
3. Bitgrail - Terrible customer service (yeah, small exchange, one guy - if not up to job then don't offer the service)

As an industry we need to start offering levels of security and custServ that consumers are used to. If we don't, then consumers won't use cryptos. Simple.
