I do not think there would be a graceful partnership or relationship between the two. And the fact that Pres. Duterte keeps on attacking the US and Pres. Obama it is sure that there would be or atleast a little attachment between the two. And I just hope that Clinton would not win the presidency because she is a real politician.
I do not know if they would be in harmony these two leaders. President Duterte is almost withdrawing from US alliance. He even told President Obama to go to hell. He is encouraging everyone to be not dependent on the US. Stop the thinking of Filipinos that they are the little brown brother of America which I think is also a good thing.
