It's weired to see somoene trying to sell or buy accounts in the forum. Most of them got catched by Mods or users then receive an immediate red tag which turn it worthless.
In this thread, you may understand how much this market is getting bigger and bigger.
I don't think it's weird because big money are involved here. With Merit requirements it's more difficult to reach higher rank and earn money from bounties. So, buying an account for some people is the only way to monetize their activity on forum.
And I don't think that most of these accounts get cought and red tagged. We probably don't know how big this account sales market is. We can notice sold account only when seller or buyer makes mistake - reveal name of account, change of post quality, style and language and some other things. But many of abusers doing their job professionally and then we don't have an idea that thos account can be bought.

Cashback 15%
All those accounts have been tagged, though I tagged one that Lauda had and that I didn't.

What is the meaning of this post? He could take a screenshot of any account. If he now adds a screenshot of your account and someone else’s, will we give everyone a trust negative?
Point taken, but in this case I believe the evidence presented.

Need a connection between accounts: the same address, contacts.

In this case, no connections need to be searched. account selling itself.
Thus, some users will want to remove something that compromises them, such as:

How much evidence is required before giving red trust?

Meet JumperN

He is buying Onevanilla cards:

I am buying Onevanilla cards at 65%

He is also selling a bitcointalk account:

My Snr Member Account (archive - http://archive.is/7mpWA)

which it seems didn't sell back in mid March of this year...

Auctioning My Snr Member Account (archive - http://archive.is/ogmC7)

...or the week previous to that:

Selling Snr Member Account (archive- http://archive.is/nXDyL)

Anyway, it turns out that JumperN doesn't seem know that the the last 23 characters of a Bitcoin address are just as discrete as the first 23 and certainly much more discrete than the first what... 9 that he blotted out?

And the winner is, Pulithey1986 !!!

He is also buying OneVanilla (at slightly higher rates - no wonder JumperN wants to get rid of this account, it's losing him money!)

Buying OneVanilla at 75%

So has Pulithey1986 slighted JumperN in some way and now he wants revenge?
Is Pulithey1986 just a patsy having his account snapshot being used for a scamming operation?

There aren't many OneVanilla sellers here.

Should Pulithey1986's account remain "clean" for the potential sale?
Is it possible that the account has already been sold and the new sales thread is just to make it seem as though the sale didn't happen?

I don't usually investigate account sales but when a Bitcoin address presents itself, well it's just too easy.
