Although I agree that the best is to build one's server from the scratch as a result of security and compromise which might be the other of the day when hosted on some other server but the issue we need to consider here is the cost implication of this as the cost of building a server might be killing compared to hosting it as we have some service providers that are reputable in providing the hosting service in the most reputable way.

Something like Godaddy should be fine too. I believe a who is look up of Cloudbet shows they have them as their hosting provider.

For a normal betting website, no scam, no ponzi or the likes, where I have to go?

If I want to open a betting website with bitcoins, what hosting service I should choose? To not worry about legal problems.
