al-Qaeda is part of the Taliban, and continues to be part of the Taliban, despite what you will hear from Biden. al-Qaeda is a threat to the entire civilized world.

ISIS-K is made up of people from the Taliban who thought the Taliban was not extreme enough (if that is possible). They are another terrorist organization that is also a threat to the civilized world, and is the group that was apparently behind the terrorist attack at the Kabul airport last week.
These people have similar ideology and will continue to deceive America and the world that they are at war against each other while laughing at their back and feasting together behind closed doors. Al-Qaeda, Isis, Isis-k, Taliban are all the same, they planned the attack to to scared their citizens go back home from the airport.

IS or Islamic state is a extremist view that the world should be governed on the basis of their own version of Sunni Sharia law.
ISIL refers to the group of people with that view in the area of Iraq and Levant.
It's not specifically the ISIL that attacked Kabul, it was a local group with similar ideology.

All you are really saying is that the Islam of the Koran was somebody's attempt to combine the Bible with terrorism.

These are extremist groups which unfortunately have done a lot of damage to Syria and Iraq in these latest years starting from 2013-2014 when they got full power and what is more unfortunate than this is that this power was given to them by disappointed people with their governments.Hopefully those disappointed people have learnt the lesson that is better to live with a government no matter how bad that might be compared to the war and massive destruction this group brought.Hopefully ISIS is not alive anymore and is just a thing of the past, that act on Kabul airport is just a desperate move from what is left behind from these terrorist organizations.

You can't trust average people with guns. They might resist your attack if you do. Give the guns to ISIL.

Both are terrorism with different ideology, Taliban seems to accept the deal with USA which is the main reason for this attack. Even Trump predicted about this three years ago that getting their troops back from Afghanistan is not going to be an easy task since lots of terrorists group apart from Taliban is trying to seal a place for them.

I don't want to say something radical. These organizations exist more to protect their country from the US government. It's just that in an era, they were called terrorist organizations and were vilified.
The United States has not been able to bring democracies to Afghanistan in the past 20 years, but only a flickering illusion. Afghanistan is their country.

Well the group behind the attack was "ISIS-K", whatever that means. Apparently some sort of subgroup of ISIS that formed. But regardless of the group, the reason is radical islamic terrorism and disdain for western values. Macron in France is doing a wonderful job on standing against radical islamic terrorism after the country was struck numerous times by terror attacks, and of course, many criticize him for his aggressive rhetoric. The extremists despise the French as well as the Americans, for committing the sin of going against their religious tyrannical theocracy.

That's reason enough for these fine folks.

If ISIL is still alive, what are the reasons behind it? The ISIL attack

ISIL has attacked the Kabul airport in Afghanistan, killing 150 people, including more than 100 Afghan citizens and children. If ISIL is alive then what are the reasons behind it? If ISIL is alive, can it form a new al-Qaeda? Because the Afghan Taliban are Sufis who can be easily misled and organizations like Al Qaeda can be formed.
