Ok.
That is true. But I need to create token with holders reflection in another currency like Peg-BUSD...
It's not basic token.
Do you think I can find more codes with this function?

Hello,
If I would use some token minting service, for example to BSC token, the service automatically upload source code to bsc scan.

Do you think that if someone would copy this code and only changed values like name that he could made as functional token too?
Don't worry about this even if it can be copied and there are bunch of tutorial or smartcontract code to issue the new token available on internet for free. Your code can be copied for sure.

Or minting services does not provide whole source code for tokens which they mint?
I never use minting service but it may also provide the whole source code for sure. These days if it's not something new and any developers can issue their tokens easily as smartcontract code available on internet and you can get it for free. None has intention to copy your code once they can make their own token easily without using the minting service.
