Religion is alive only because people live. If all people die, then who will believe in religion? I think that the people themselves invented religion, specifically.
The possibility of life forever will not happen, every thing is created in pairs, there is night and day, there is good and evil, so is life in pairs with death. Every life there must be death.

We can never be immortal. God has created death and has given everyone of us a certain amount of time to live in this earth. All the shit the media tell us about science and that they have found a cure which can bring us immortality are only fairy tales. Death will catch us no matter where we are. If we become immortal what's the point going to church so I think no , no one will go to pray anymore but that is impossible as I already said.
I have seen religious clerics exploiting the poor people in the name of disease and suffering. I have seen Indian babas (self-declared gods) fooling the illiterate people by claiming that if they don't believe in their power, then they will suffer misfortune and disease. And I have also seen Christian priests fooling people by claiming that diseases such as cancer and AIDS can be cured with gospel music and prayer.
I think people would lose his faith in religion if we were all immortal. Because there is no afterlife like heaven and hell. So there's no point to do good things and praying because there is no heaven.
Faith came from the need of men to serve and be given immortality in the afterlife. If there we were to be immortal, then we'd no need for a god to cling to, instead men will fight for superiority, making themselves gods

This is a good hypothetical question. Let me answer this by saying, Religion will still exist even if we are immortal. Religion will also adapt into changes, new rules and new teachings based on the idea of immortality. Things will also changes according to the need of immortality. I sincerely highly doubt that because people who pray generally do so get accepted into a good after life and also to show mercy. This is because us mortal souls are no match for death and we need some sort of savior to help us out. Take death away and you will have people who have no need for a higher purpose or power or soul because there soul is now all powerful and will exist forever.
The reason why we are mortal today is because we're still alive on earth, the day you die you become immortal and religions ends that day a man dies. There is no religious activities in heaven it only exist on earth.
For me, immortality is not a big deal to me. I will still need guidance through religion because we are still going to experience worst things in life that we are not that strong to face even if we are already immortal.
Im not sure that many people want immortality at all. Sure maybe when your young you want this and believe its possible. However as you get older and more tired I would assume this might change. i think some people would still go to church or any kind of religion related places. cause i think religion not only for a better life on the afterlife, but religion is place where people confess their sin and a place for a forgiveness. so i believe even we are immortal religion would still exist for some people and for some reason.

As has already been said, we are immortal. Psychically, even after you die, your energy content will be bound to the cosmos.
However, consciously, if we never had the fear of death, we would not have to find ways to distract ourselves from if the first men knew this, then no, it is unlikely we would have religions in the way we do today.
We may however, have some form of cultish worship for the elders of humanity, beings who are many millenia old, and lived in both the stone ages, and the now. We would surely look up to them!

if people no longer fear death, and will live an imortal life, yes religion will sure to fade. everbody gets tired of doing the same thing when there is nothing to look forward and free from the fear of death

And here's another weird question that comes up. I've read some weird questions like "would you eat humans?". The question sounds weird, but we still make it possible to eat humans. But this one is even more bizarre, the immortality will not exist, so there is no answer to this question.

Immortality will lead to chaos and make life's life unbearable. If no one dies and can not kill each other from the hatred of the one who accumulates for such a long existence, it will be much worse than believing in some religion.
That's a possibility. What sort of immortality are you talking about though? "Immortal" as in being forever you and not getting sick or immortal as in completely indestructible and just keeps on regenerating a la Wolverine? my question isn't if we can become immortal or not, my question is that if death stops being a problem would people still pray and worship the different religions and god knowing that they will never die.
I have gone to church lots of times with my parents, i live in a christian family, and i cannot stop noticing that the majority of people that attend to church are old people/people with drug abuse, financial problems or really old people that know that they are screwed and that they are probably going to die so based in this i know that most of humans seek for god when they are in problems and that this isn't a real faith, they just seek religion when they are going to die because they know that if they can't live well on this life, maybe in the next one they will have everything that they desire in "heaven"

Not everyone on Sunday goes to church to confess and pray. Only the followers of the Way. So whether they live forever or not? Does not depend on the church to pray. Some people do not go to church but throughout their lives they do good deeds and do much to help others.

People are only religious because they fear death... when you are very afraid of something, you can believe anything that comforts you

I think this sort of question is one of those that can be a yes and no depending on how you think about it. On the yes side of it, the thing is that people aren't going to care about the afterlife due to the fact that you're not going to be going to the afterlife. But when you go on the otherside of this, people are still going to want answers to the most basic of questions that normal people, aren't able to answer.

I love true science. Science which is clean from the dirts of the stupid theory of evolution. Any kind of other science backed up by evolutionists who tells us we come from Monkeys or from Reptiles I will never believe it until I see a Monkey becoming a man. If not then it is a lie. With this I am not saying the paradise is proven either but surely the evolution theory is made up story from the past.

I think that you don't understand our reality.
People have a transient and mortal body and immortal soul or spirit.
So, our bodies die, but eternal and immortal spirit returns to the creator, God.
So, we will always believe in God but right now we need religion to re connect with Gd, since we lost this connection.

People most of the time are wary about what would happen to their souls if they die and it varies to which religions they belong to. A bit strange question. Death can not be no problem. Just the physical body of a person will not survive for several thousand years even if he does not believe in God.
