For the same reason you want some idiot to take the blame for any scams that will happen, you offer clearly states that you want a fall guy.

Hey everyone i'm looking for someone that can to mediate between me and AGC suppliers , I will buy any amount at any time.
You can get me suppliers in many ways like:
1) To write a post and find the people thar interesting.
2) Maybe you know a few people that sell agc in the forum from before and you can contact them.
3) Or even if you are selling some
My terms:
1) You will check the suppliers if they scam or not.
2) If he scammed me you will give a full refund.
3) I accept PayPal & BTC.
4) The rate have to be less then 80%.
5) The supliers you will give there must supply AGC daily .
You will get money for each supplier according to the amount, payment method and etc.
So if have any questions or request or some conditions i will listen to you.
I will do this offer only with someone that he is an old member in this forum
